He certainly was much higher rated coming out of HS as a QB than QF.   So, I'd say yes.

How can he get a hardship? USF currently sucks? Taggart needs his job saved? He was getting splinters at UCLA?

They were both 4 star recruits although i believe aw was the no. 1 dt qb.

In pure talent yes. We were the only team to recruit flowers as a qb. EVERYONE wanted woulard as a QB. I like to think he's improved in the two years at UCLA.
