Man...... That worked out well when Houston hired Art Briles as their head coach out of HS. Many were laughing at Houston for doing that but it obviously paid dividends to both Houston and now Baylor. Chad morris who was Clemson's OC was a former high school coach. now I wouldn't want them as a HC right away but as a coordinator, no problem.
