All good choices some better than others but I still prefer Butch Davis.  Turn two programs around.  Just have to make sure he does things legally

Yes but Butch actually won while coaching in Florida and in tougher conferences. If im not mistaken he was interested in the job after we fired Holtz but our stupid administration wanted some local up and comer coach who wasn't even that good at his previous school...

For those that care, Calvin was bummed he got passed over twice for the job. He would welcome the opportunity to be the Head Coach at USF. Even though Calvin coached with Leavitt, he's his own man. There's a reason Rich Rod has wanted Calvin everywhere he's coached at. If Rich Rod had a defense worth a salt at Michigan, they would be doing special things there in my opinion.

We need a HC with better connections for their staff at the coordinator position they are weak in coaching. And they need to be good at one aspect of football because finding two good coordinators seems impossible. A great coordinator for a P5 team is probably all USF can afford now, max. They need pedigree, mainstream pedigree, not like Taggart and the power run. Just my two cents.

Hmm I expect the money flowing in will decrease rather than increase to cover that.

Ed Orgeron... don't think he had a fair shake at Ol' Miss and the man can recruit. If we were to hire a new coach we need a defense first guy like CJL who can hire a good OC
