I think he should be given 3 seasons. He is at the halfway point.

Its not about how you start, it's how you finish, at this point it is too soon for the team and for USF pocket book and no coach will want to come here.

Thay last point is key. As an organization you want to be able to tell future top talent truthfully thay they will be given a chance to succeed

Well in all fairness the new coach wouldn't have seen enough practice reps to know where White shines.

No more firing.  Tough love, keep him for the full contract and hope the the Admin has learned a lesson and hire the best available (not necessarily the most angelic purest soul) or poach a winner next time.
