That may be one of the most obvious pass interference/defensive holding penalties I've ever seen.  How does that not get called?   Someone on that crew should never ref another game.

I was wondering the same thing. It should have been at least a hold if not a pass interference on the last play

Unreal. The last 2 possessions UCF got 2 facemask penalties too. Sometimes things just continue to fall your way ( I guess). Good news is they don't look like anything at all to be afraid of. They're mediocre without Bortles.
