Clearly you would have failed a breathalyzer test at the time you posted this. Nope, if they would have been able to sign 28 players like we did, they would have been in the #40-49 rankings. DB wise they were in OK shape, just ask Art Briles, but in retrospect, they may have had their best pass rush the day of the Fiesta Bowl, not sure what that says. Maybe a weak Baylor OL? Doesn't matter, USF did exceedingly well. Now.. to bring them all in and make them productive, the every year challenge for HS kids stepping up. Can you UCF'ers explain? (Legit question...not talking $h!t) Edited February 8, 2014 by BiggTipp

There are 4 rating services, and they vary a lot, so no point in debating. Look, UCF has a good class, but it's not just USF had more slots. Scout show USF's avg star as 2.9, UCF as 2.6. I think many are surprised that UCF didn't get a better haul, with that #10 finish, that's all. But, time will tell. Not sure who UCF has behind Bortles, but they've got a good RB behind Storm, and for whatever reason, UCF seems to keep a good stable of RBs. The freshman was a pretty good power runner, but I think his limitations will be exposed with a weaker QB if they don't come up with a quality change of pace back. CPR, not a homer at all to say that the USF average rating PER RECRUIT was higher than UCF's, on all services. It's not just numbers...other teams had 25-28, and were ranked lower than USF. It's not simply avg stars * recruits. http://recruiting.scout.com/a.z?s=73&p=9&c=14&yr=2014

It's relevant to recruiting, only the people that follow recruiting will be interested, and it is the time of year when we aren't going to get much other recruiting news so it isn't in the way here. I don't see any real reason to move it.
