Hometown paper backs the hometown team...shocker. Who cares who recruited better? UCiF did pretty well this year with trash recruiting rankings they had in the past. UCF was limited from the NCAA sanctions, this year. So, I think the O-Sentinel was ranking UCF higher based on what they were able do, despite the sanctions. Even if UCF signed 28 players, USF would still be way ahead of UCF as the recruit ratings carry a lot more weight than the number of recruits signed.
