USF and Central are merging into a single university with two campuses in Orlando and Tampa - known as USCF (the University of South-Central Florida).

The football team will now consist of USF's defense and Central's offense. O'Leary will retire. CWT will move to Lakeland, where a new $300 million retractable-roof stadium and practice facility will be located (so that everyone is equally inconvenienced and ultimately no one from either school shows up).

Our new school colors will be gold, black, and green. Our new mascot will be a charging knight on a bull. Bullspenners will vomit out a 300-page thread on what the new uniform will look like, complete with photoshop proposals.

We get an invite from the Big XII but turn it down expecting an SEC invite any day now.

But USF is hiring both Butch Davis and Dave Wannstedt, who were let go by the Bucs this week and live in Tampa, as OC and QB coaches.
