Its a poorly designed survey.  Its too long and doesnt provide enough distinction between the questions that allows the survey taker to understand the very subtle differences in what they were asking.

Have to agree ... Needed more N\A's ... Also, came upon a question listing for 4 factors keeping me from buying a season ticket and you have to pick one ... WTF?

Yeah, and for that question there was no answer choice for "Other idiot fans".

I'm glad they are trying to get feedback but this questionnaire needed some work.

Just did the survey.  There was one fill in the blank free-form question.  Something like "What is the one thing that South Florida football can do to ensure you are a happy season ticket holder?"

Answer:  WIN!

USF going into Panic Mode since they know another 3-9 season is coming and they know they're going to lose even more season ticket holders.

Im going to defend USF here, I Wouldn't call it "panic mode", Id call it good customer service.     Hats off to USF for getting a sample from the entire  Season ticket holder Fan base to see what , if  anything needs to be changed , and can be changed.

Gotta give the Athletic/Marketing Dept credit for reaching out and allowing some to voice concerns and give the feedback.

BTW if anyone has an issue , pick up the phone, They are usually MORE THAN HELPFUL( always have been when I call at least), they want what we ALL want and that is to maintain and increase the fan base, Make the overall game day experience better while growing it in addition to growing the program as well.

Keep in mind the ole saying " if your not part of the solution , your part of the problem"(not calling out anyone on here).    I suggest to anyone who got the survey to dig deep within and answer honestly but offer solutions that are feasible.   (Winning is a giving and they already know we want this)    They also read these boards as well, so they hear what the Hardcore/ diehards have to say and they are listening.

GO Bulls.

Agreed I was happy to have another place to voice my opinion.  The one open box said what 1 thing can they do to keep us satisfied.  I tried my best to sum everything up there, but it was tough. Just wanted to see what everyone else thought.

I was honest.  I added that I wanted them to "win more games" in the comments.

By contrast, wins and loses were not as important to me, at least not in the immediate future. As an alum, I'll support the school, regardless. They already know that of me, though.

I put a survey up on my employer's web site last week. Basic customer service, nothing more.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
