Survey: Emailed to ticket holders?

Just curious who received the survey invitation for USF football ticket holders/buyers and what you guys thought?

 

I like that they are trying to get feedback and overall think they do a good job with the game atmosphere and taking care of their ticket holders.  

 

On the negative side is everything we have already discussed here (Crappy conference-weaker schedule-tickets not being as valuable-poor attendance etc)  I also think the concessions (at least in the club) have gotten worse, maybe it is just me though.

 

Thoughts?

Its a poorly designed survey.  Its too long and doesnt provide enough distinction between the questions that allows the survey taker to understand the very subtle differences in what they were asking.

I was very honest on that survey. I don't think the atmosphere is good at all. Kind of hard to create one with the 45,000 empty red seats though.

Totally agree.  VERY poorly designed.  I work in marketing and I had trouble understanding the "interest vs. satisfaction" section differences.  I'm wondering if this is a student project at Ohio U that wasn't thoroughly reviewed by faculty or professionals before distribution.

Not surprised but haven't received this survey as of yet.    (Season ticket holder /donor for MBB and FB).(not like it should be that difficult to make sure their EMAIL Distribution list is correct, we only draw 20,000 people to our games as of late).

 

 

Was there any question about the email distribution list?  Or at least a spot to put in any additional comments or suggestions?

There was one box asking what the Athletic department could do to keep you a happy season ticket holder.

Called,  Survey only went to a sample of people, Not ALL ticket holders.

The survey was sent to a random sample of account holders.

 

The survey is also a national survey and not one that was made by USF.
