I would go with Bench as the #1.

We have had some success running, need to see more play action (my biggest criticism of CWT).

Clearly they have little faith in Pierre so I would start bringing in one or both of the freshmen backs. The chance of Shaw getting hurt is too high to not start developing a back up (also since Shaw is a senior).

I would start someone else at LT than Darrel Williams. He's just not getting it done out there (of course who is?). However, I would play Williams at TE on run downs as neither Price nor McFarland are strong run blockers at this point.

Also, with Bench I think they need to roll the pocket, something they could not do with the slow footed eveld.

I would also rotate in a couple more receivers than Davis and welch. It could not get any worse.

As for the defense, they are already working freshmen in out of necessity. I might move Giddins to the interior since he is doing nothing outside and outside of chandler and one play by Watson there is nothing great happening there. I might consider playing the freshmen DTs as well.

We held them under 300 total yards and only 3 scores...don't think defense is really the problem

bench the seniors. They mean nothing at this point. We need to play the guys he is going to want to start next year. I start all the young guys.

Keep doing what you're doing.

Start Bench... and find ways to slow down the pass rush. When he has time, he can do well.

On Defense, shake some things up.

From what I can see, the issues are less about the system than they are about execution. Once these guys learn to trust the system and stop trying to do everything themselves, they will win.

This. Work on execution

we need plays that take the pressure off the QB

quick screens, slants etc.

I start Bench and consider more plays out of the gun.

This.

Pass protection is a huge weakness on offense gotta use plays that will minimize that.  Gotta roll out Bench sometimes.  Plays from under center

with this OL is near impossible.
