It's not losing to a I-AA school. It's losing to a I-AA school by 32...

It hurts. Going to take a very long time to forget this one.

I thought this thread might have some descriptions of wicked hangovers. I've sure got one and after reading this I'd like some hair of the dog.

It is a tough loss without many bright spots, including the fact only 22K came out to RJS, but there is no way to go but up.

I doubt it, but I know Taggart is up, he Tweeted me a little while ago. But what I thought of was that run through the woods at Gettysburg in Remember The Titans.

From what I saw the final few games last year, Taggart was given an 0-12 team to work with just like at WKU. He went 2-10 his 1st season at WKU before turning them around. Hopefully he just needs more time. The defense really worries me though. We have taken a major step back. And that is hard to do following the Cosh era.

Taggart had that horrible season at WKU upon arriving but I think by the look on his face last night stunned him, he didn't expect that of USF's players. This team has talent all over the depth chart. Experience and technique seems to be the issues that caused last night's loss.

Well that made me sad. Wasn't expecting a 10-2 season, but I sure as hell expect to beat McNeese State. Consider my "Cautiously Optimisic" outlook crushed.

I woke up early this morning hoping it was a bad dream as well. Then I got on TBP and realized it wasn't. I still have faith that CWT is the guy to turn things around for us, I just wasn't expecting it to get this bad before it starts to get better. No matter what, I will still be there in my seats at every home game, cheering till the last snap like I always am.

Jim Harbaugh went 4-8 also his first year.  Football is mostly a mental game they are soft still from last regime.  It will get turned around.

 

 

I was most disappointed in the defense.
