Official Stats so far: 5-9 passing, 78 yards, 2 TD, 0 INT, 4 runs for 55 yards. Not to shabby for one and a half quarters of work

BJ just had some much needed practice on the victory formation. Didn't get to run it much, if at all, the last two years under Holtz. Way to go BJ. Represent USF!!!!

Bad news: Announcer called us Southern Florida

I was upset at first but what he said was that BJ was from southern Florida but only referred to his school as USF after that. Might have been an error or he could be talking about where he grew up. not sure.

Hasn't made anything yet. Most teams don't keep 3 qbs anymore

 

Wallace retiring had nothing to do with BJ making the team. He was the #3 QB a coupe of weeks and why Scott Tolzien got released. Wallace was an experienced QB that was brought in to give McCoy some competition or a kick in the butt because he had been struggling since training camp with the 49ers.

Most 49ers fans inluding myself figure Daniels should be able to work his way up to the #2 QB before the season ends.
