Yes! I thought I was the only one thinking about an OCS. Thank god we can finally get a little discussion going on this subject.

That, by definition, would not be an OCS, and any better than what we have, except we would presumably be the primary tenant.  Personally, I give it a thumbs down.  If we're not going to be on campus or at a minimum adjacent, I'd rather stay where we are.

Unless the stadium is physically on our campus, there is no point in building.

Use Ray Jay until we get a real OCS.

Few things in life provide us with as much heart felt laughter as the musings of politicians when they fantasize about the magnificent things that could be built with YOUR money.  Ask yourself why he would say something about USF? I was unaware that there was this huge pent-up demand for another playing venue not on USF's campus. As I understand it, there's plenty of room down 'bout Ruskin or out towards Plant City that could also house the new USF stadium. I guess it's some sort of fig leaf for the Rays digs. You know...like adding po-lice and firetrucks to a tax to build a stadium.

Pretty sure OCS, in this sense, translates to Off Campus Stadium, something we all yearn for...

Fletcher Av would probably have to be 6 laned to both Interstate interchanges before an OCS would be  allowed at USF,,,lots of other major improvements would be needed in vicinity of campus before permit to build OCS would be allowed.
