They will get their chances. But i would love to see marcus shaw show some durability. I think hes the best playmaking rb we got

its no shocker that we will run the ball 40-45 times a game.  that will require a lot of guys getting in the mix

We've been saying variations of this very thing every year for the past few years about Shaw. Time for him to live up to some preseason expectations.

It looks like someone hits the fastforward button when he gets the ball! The kid is quick and it's no wonder why we are hearing good things about him in camp.

keep in mind that Mike Ford had one of the best youtube reels in the history of high school highlight tapes.

 

in high school you can stand out on pretty much natural ability.  once you take this next step everyone has that ability and it is matter of skill + hard work + focus.

 

i hope he puts it all together.  we need a standout playmaker at RB in Coach T's offense

Yes.  Ford was a beast.  Go back and look at the highlights from some of those 2007 games.  Sometimes I forget how much he contributed to some of our signature wins.

It would be really cool if Tice or McCray had a breakout FR season like Dion Lewis had, something where they explode and just become a huge threat.
