Mr. UPS just dropped off the package. Enclosed were two plastic bags with the USF logo and a handy card outlining what is NOT allowed and underscoring that "fans may bring no more than one RJS approved clear bag and one small clutch (no larger than 4.5" x 6.5").

Just read in the AJC that Ga Tech has a similar policy at their non-NFL venue so its not just the NFL.

Why wouldn't the terrorists just blow up tailgaters? Is it any different bringing all that bad stuff to a cramped tailgate lot? I get it would be harder to get big numbers, so you'd have to bring bigger stuff.
