I like all the extra parking you fail to account for...

You fail to account the entire campus is a walk-able parking lot

Sure, there's an extra 30k parking spots just laying around...

Yes, no doubt.  Between the surface parking lots throughout campus and the open green spaces that could accommodate parking, we would be fine.  Plus the Bull Runner shuttle service could provide game day transportation between lots

Not that they would actually do it, but this pic gave me a thought - they COULD open up the track and field stadium as a tailgating area.

Right,  I added the picture just to show that a scaled stadium could fit on campus.  Nothing more than a visual to get the thoughts and potential flowing.

I don't think parking would be an issue. There are thousands of 'S' spots that aren't used during the weekend. Overflow parking at the University mall lot with Bull Runner shuttles back and forth. Luckily the university is in a location that there's more than one way in and out of the area too.

Regulators probably won't allow an on campus football stadium being built before Fletcher Av is widened.  What's the holdup on Fletcher Av improvements?

Hope the new 'gourmet' Walmart has valet parking..the present Walmart by campus now only offers free carjacking service.

Hem,

Although that area is part of USF, it is owned by the USF Research Park.  The area shown below along with the empty parcels south of Fowler are all part of he USF Research Park.
