Is there a time table for releasing a new name?

 

I heard that we will need it before the start of football season.

 

I have a bad feeling that its gonna be gay...

This would probably be a good time to not use the word "Big".  We are across town from "Big" in so many ways.

on a semi serious note if there can be one....I believe the name should be "FREE and CLEAN" of any negativity or History..

 

It should be Original and Catchy.....Maybe a contest and free seasonal tickets to the Winning Submission..Oh yes and a parking permit close to the stadium..

We need to sell the conference name to FED EX (they have Memphis ties).    

 

FED EX CONF  "We can beat you by air or on the ground" 

 

Charge them 60-120 million a year  Thats 5-10 million per school,  Put their name on all the Stadiums, arenas ect...  

 

 

It would close the gap from the Bigger boys, It would sperate us from MWC and Conf USA. It would offset the low TV deal.

 

 

60-120 million is chump change for FED ex or any big company, It would be huge advertising for them and would plaster their name in Large Metro Cities(new confernce) and when games are on TV.

 

 

Time to think out of the Box, Hopefully Doug and Judy are listening.
