I would put a coach on one or two of the top sophomores in Florida, offer them a scholly today and stay on them until they commit or put a restraining order the coach, then change coaches. Coaches are not allowed to contact recruits until their Junior year.

Kids get offered bfore their JR all the time. I've read 5 2015 prospects get offered today by USF alone.

For those who wont believe you and/or ask for proof: http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2010/writers/andy_staples/02/05/usc-sills/index.html And from the article: "USC coach Lane Kiffin offered 13-year-old David Sills a scholarship." "Remember, Kiffin has done this before. Last year, he offered a scholarship to 13-year-old Evan Berry, the younger brother of star Tennessee safety Eric Berry. The Berrys' father, James, played at Tennessee, and Evan has a twin brother named Elliot."
