I hate wheat bread, dark chocolate, and I only like raisins covered in yogurt

Some could take that as me being racist, but I agree, color does not equate to race...

I don't think that equates to color either, but to taste.

I guess we should get back on topic, hence my questioning why we'd even go down this path.

I dont think any coach is fired until a new AD is in office.

Agree and its unfort,.   When it happens, And it will. Stan will be another on the list of former coaches/ Athletic Dept Personal  collecting a paycheck to NOT coach/ work at USF (Levaitt, Holtz and Heath) Throw in Doug's salary while  paying a New AD makes me sick to know that the money mismanaged could had been better spent.

This is our Donor and Season Ticket money in addition to the money the school makes from TV deal and Conference affiliation. Think of the things we could have paid for if we didn't have to pay Skip and Leavitt and Doug to leave( indoor practice field) ( start of an OCS  Fund) ect....    SICK

How much do you estimate we're going to pay ex-coaches and how much do you think an indoor facility costs?

Skips exit money was 2.5 million.

Leavitt was 2.75 million

Stan has a contract thru 2018 so would be millions as well, "Heath will earn a base salary of $1.13 million for next season and get a $25,000 raise each season for an average of $1.19 million and a total of $6.93 million".

Doug's base pay is over 600,000  a year not counting bonus's and incentives.

UCF spent 4.3 million to build their Indoor practice field.

Do the math.

only saving grace is we shouldn't have to pay much in incentives since our teams wont meet the performance goals,  Which also sucks BTW.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.

"For me, I never considered it that way (as a stepping stone), honestly. When I was offered the head job at South Florida, and I'm sincere about this, I never thought I would ever go anywhere."
