That doesnt sound good to me. That sounds like he did not get who he wanted and offering it to his 3,4,5th choices.

The only person we know he offered to was this Lance guy.  So now he will presumably move to choice #2.

Uprooting a family is tough. We need someone a little more confident in his abilities. If family was going to be an issue he shouldn't have shown interest.

Good point bullrider. If family was going to be a concern then it's better he stays where he's at. We want someone that can come on unencumbered & devote his attention to our defense and not be worrying about his family.
