The Cardinals put up 37 against Eastern Michigan (37-26).

Put up 27 against a very good Clemson team, currently ranked 10th in the Country ( 27-52).

And the Cardinals put up 41 against Indiana last week (41-39).

We are playing in Muncie with a high 0f 66 and a low of 40 on Saturday (14 mph winds).

207 yards gained rushing on 44 attempts against Indiana. If they have a decent running back we could be in for a long night again.

I hope we are able to get it together and we are not overlooking what could be a very very miserable and humiliating loss.

Hard to say, but I generally think we win 3 out of 4 times we play this game. A loss would be embarrassing (and it should be).

Ball State has no chance and it is silly to say otherwise. They put up 17 on Clemson's second string defense (mostly) because Clemson scored 45 on them in the first half, and Indiana is the single worst team in a BCS league, and on the short list for worst FBS team period - they won only one game last year, three the year before that. It will probably be disappointingly close, because Holtz doesn't seem to have it in him to blow out lesser foes, but USF is going to win this game. Anyone who says otherwise is overreacting to last week's loss (shocking, I know).

I think we win by 10, which is by no means a blowout, though it should be. I agree with the poster above who said something to the effect that Coach Holtz doesn't know how to blow out an inferior team.

With Leavitt at the helm it would be a blowout after the nonsense of Thursday night. Skippy Kragholtz.....different story......one point win if we're lucky.
