I've been singing Lamars praises for a while now. He is a playmaker and definitely a great weapon for us!

He's a game changer and one broken tackle away from a TD every time he runs. I was preaching about how we need to utilize the draw with his running abilities and it finally showed how effective he can be with his speed and quickness. If TRex can get it together he could be a great WR from what I saw today and the NFL loves true speedsters so he would have a great shot if he can put the whole package together. AD is still the same Chris Carter/Michael Irvin mold I expected and will go down as our greatest WR ever. Kid is a true WR and a dream target for the great QB's since he can run great fade routes and is a possession WR that isn't 5-10. I hope he stays all four years but highly doubt it and understand.

I'm a Phins fan and for some reason it seems like our Bulls have the same curse, either we can run the ball great but have nobody that can throw or vice-versa. If we had a true 30 carries a game RB we would be able to do so much more with our offense but with our players being so situational it can also become very predictable. With all the talented RB's that come out of this state I don't understand how one of them would not be interested considering we are bringing in the right big boys to block and next year will have the #1 dual threat QB in the country, why not play for USF? Seems like UCiF has better luck with that than us even though they haven't had a decent QB since Daunte Culpepper was there.

Slick- I have noticed that you edit just about every single post you make. why not just let it ride. we all make typos

My college aptitude test said I should have be an editor. Sometimes I read what I wrote, and try and make it more more clear or decide to add something. But my new iPhone is not helping any.

He looked smooth as silk on that 30+ yard TD run. Great change of pace back, hope he can maybe add a few more lbs. and be similar to a Darren Sproles type guy in the League at some point.

how bad have we mismanaged him...

should have made him add 15 lbs year 1

You have to remember, some of these guys are still going through puberty. Add the fact that they are athletes and their metabolism is through the roof. It's difficult for some of them to put on weight as a freshman or even sophomore.

I think Shaw has a ton of potential, but, LL at this point has better vision. You could see it on kick off returns, he has great anticipation and understanding of where his blocks are. He is a running back, not a WR.

I understand that they wanted to get him on the field... but... we have an issue with some of the routes that he can be most dangerous on as a WR. In hind sight, he probably should have taken a RS his freshman year and had an extra year to bulk up, but, this kid is a huge asset on this team this year. Sucks that Shaw got hurt, but, it was a BAD idea to RS LL this year.

He threw a corner or a sefty off of him at the end of his first run. That was pretty cool.

i hate florida just as much as you but theres a difference between acknowledging the skills of a player and supporting the team. I don't care what school you go to, if your good your good.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."

    Terry Lucas, 09/26/22
