sometimes its not that easy. he came in very light and its not like they werent trying to add weight to him. sometimes it just takes a little while.

i dont think we "mismanaged" him. i think they were trying to find a way to get him on the field.

look at McCluster at Ole Miss. similar size and Dexter was used mostly as a WR out of the backfield. That is what we did with Lindsey a lot but we also moved him to Slot just like Dexter.

I wish nothing but the best for Lindsey but he won't be our Starting Rb simply because he isn't able to pass block that well. he is a great change of pace back and will probably continue to be our leading rusher simply because he will get the 20+ runs while Murray will get 3-5 yards per carry

he should have taken a RS and stayed at RB and worked as change of pace guy...

clearly he can't handle 25 carries a game but hes so dangerous.

I had totally forgotten about his touchdown run actually in the all the excitement about the final three minutes. That was a great play. He's so, so, so fast.

He was great but I am not so sure that Shaw couldn't have done a similar job. Shaw averaged over 5ypc on the 4 carries he got in the UTC game. And remember Lamar did make a bad decision on one kick off where hesitated and only made it to the 10. Touchbacks on KO are now spotted at the 25. In a game where you are so far behind, you need those 15 yards.

I do know one thing. He is going to be missed next season at Michigan St.
