Anyone know what's going in at the top of the hill that used to be intramural fields?

I drove by the new baseball stadium today, that looks good. Sadly a construction worker there had a UF hard hat on.

Nice to read that UF grads are employed.

Just an update.  I walked by the practice fields, and they look 99% complete. Looks like the final touches are going in; railings on the ramp, platforms for video towers, and final touches to the building.  It looks amazing. They even have the field lines down on the grass.

19 Days to finish softball.

34 days to finish baseball.

I think those are closer to completion than they look. I saw workers placing the foundations for the fence around the place. Foul poles went up yesterday. Looks like they are also working on moving the dirt to create the berms. The only thing I haven't seen is a sign of the scoreboards.

I feel like a kid counting down the days till Christmas.

(per my high ranking source who gave me the tour of the facilities).

Does your high ranking source know you love Florida State? <sarcasm> ;D

I'd be shocked if they get done on time, especially softball.

I'm surprised they've stopped the night shifts.  All November and part of December they worked till 4am.  I wonder why they stopped and why they wouldn't do that now to get it done on time.
