LOL ... we all get to label what we want to ... That's what message boards are for ... and what you described, TO ME, more fit the AD rather than the coach. Two quick examples:

"managing scores of individuals (NOT INCLUDING THE PLAYERS)" - That indicates supervising 40 plus people and I don't think the head coach has that many on his staff, does he?

"providing budgets" - An AD is the one providing budgets to the hc's under his jurisdiction.

Hey Triple McTurd why don't you just tell us what we can and can't post, and when you get on your tagents it would help us all if you would just end it after your initial post instead of feeling the need for you to squash everyone's version/opinion with YOUR OPINIONS!

I think it's telling that O'Liar isn't disappointed in Jose Jose ... obviously he was a means to an end rather than a "father figure" like the successful coaches tend to be to the athletes.
