Ford was a beast when he was on the field...off the field issues doomed him.

Take him and hope for the best. Pretty sure he won't be seeing any SEC defenses in the Big East. As long as the kid has cleaned up his act, you never know what he can accomplish. Just because Mike Ford was a big bust transfer RB, doesn't mean this kid will be.

I enjoyed the game when Ford played.  He seemed to score a lot and in fact (if the Bulls' stat records are correct) he is 2nd in TD/Carries ratio at about 7% only behind Otis Dixon's ratio of about 12%.  I think Ford could have played more but the team had a ton of RB's during his tenure and  the off filed issues.  Bummer.  I'd take Blakely if he could score like Ford but hoping he wouldn't give the coach as much grief.

HIGH SCHOOL: High school coach: Joe Kinnan ... four-star prospect rated the No. 6 running back in the nation and the No. 10 overall prospect in the state of Florida and No. 40 in the country according to Rivals.com ... also rated No. 74 in the ESPNU 150 class ... finished his junior season with 1,400 yards rushing and 227 yards on kick and punt returns with a total of 23 touchdowns ... added another 1,000-yard season as a senior, with 19 touchdowns on the ground ...

 

Ok ranked #6 out of HS.  I don't know what happened but he's worth a look.  Willie can see where his head is right now.....maybe play defense..???

saw a tweet saying he had his cleats ready.. IMO he had the Woulard Hollywood problem..Some learn some do not...He was obviously smart enough to figure out he wasn't going to get anywhere at Auburn..He's burned two bridges...

 

IMO Let him show his interest and be a prefered walk on..

Whahhh?????? You do know that Blakely transferred from FL to Auburn, right? Not sure anyone was even talking bout him transferring to FL.
