How about we start off simple and have the same tailgating rules that every other major college program has... and if we can get this right then maybe we can roll in with the Hooters waitresses.

* Unlimited Tailgating hours the day of the game... lots open 24 hours in advance.

* Tailgaters are allowed to have kegs, throw footballs, and have speakers (radio equip).
