And he's already suspended for the first four games? What a waste of talent.

I believe your thinking of Tanard Jackson.

Who happened to go to Syracuse

I hate to tell you all this but Talib was much better than Jenkins last year. Much better.

Much better is putting it lightly. Talib was light years ahead of Jenkins and is going to be a great player. I'll take his attitude and talent over Jenkins anyday.

Yeah, all that talent spent on the sidelines with a four game suspension.  Plus all the legal fees, distractions to the team, press conferences, trips to the commissioners office.. Yeah... it is what they get for being lying bastards.  People with no conviction get what they deserve.  Maybe they will pick up pac man jones to fill the gap.  He is about the same class as the post Dungy Bucs.  I hope CRM can get the Gruden stench out of the Bucs by next season.

Yup, it wasn't even a contest.  Jenkins was getting outplayed by a late round CB from the same draft.

It is Jackson but Talib may get some time off, too ....... Welcome to NFL head coaching ranks, Raheim! Maybe they'll put Gaines in the defensive backfield because he's having a tought time finding the opponenets offensive backfield.

I am not going to say that Jenks is better than Talib, you all have decided on that already, but, don't the bucs still play primarily a cover 2 defense? Zone defenses are a lot easier for DBs. Maybe Dallas does the same, I really don't know, but just because Talib was able to contribute more last year doesn't mean he is better, it just means that the Bucs were able to put him in a better position to make plays. Other than the one play everyone remembers, Jenks played pretty well last year when he was on the field.

Talib may prove to be better, and thats OK, but let's not kick Jenkins out of the league yet.

I guess I just got my idiots mixed up when I saw the thread.

I think it will be interesting to see if AT is actually better in this new man coverage scheme.

Didn't the cover 2 help hide the corners with the safties? Not playing zone AT may not be as good as he thinks he is.
