One pretty cool thing, though, is that Tate actually committed on 6/17/2022. Stayed committed for a year and a half, through a regime change.

Another thing might be that they can sign the NLI now but can't submit until the 20th ....

So what if they practiced with USf sign with Cuse and give them inside information before the bowl game. Imagine this scenario across all bowl teams. This doesn't seem like a good idea if they haven't committed and sign their letter already across the board.
