Basically this game against Memphis & the game against UTSA are invitations to a shoot out type games. The defense can only do so much. It will be up to the offense to see if they can hang a long for most of the games imo. Once USF’s offense knows how to keep pace with these high powered offenses they will be fine.

Memphis has some weaknesses and I still think we lose.   I hope Golesh and the coaches have some aces left in their hand and come our swinging.  If we can pull off the upset this will be some serious

Yep can’t have a stinker after having two weeks to prepare. How about just tackle on defense. That’s a step in the right direction.

Id be surprised if they keep it within 30. This defense is just as bad as last year.

we have no real running game

and cag makes crazy in game decisions

Yeah lol. That is what makes this team exciting now lol. Fun to watch because we have no idea how the game will go lol. Emotional rollercoasters is how these games have been.

I wouldn't say "just as bad," but they certainly have shown that they CAN be just as bad (UAB, FAU) if they decide to forget how to tackle that day.  Pass defense needs alot of work.

This team is very inconsistent while learning how to compete and win on the fly. We could beat a team like Memphis and then get blown out by Temple.
