Say what you will about CAG as a head coach and his inexperience, but I've not heard him deflecting blame and putting it on the players.  With our multiple years of losing, stands to reason that the team needs to learn to win.  Sucks, but will to win and confidence is lacking.   

Is this the bottom yet?

My opinion is that our early success pleasantly surprised everyone and Goach just kept on keeping on with the same process and strategy that was working for us.  It was only a matter of time before opposing coaches started really studying film on us.  I think UAB and FAU really discovered how to exploit our weaknesses on both sides of the ball and we were unable to make any adjustments.  Goach did not foresee anyone doing this and simply kept on with what worked the first 5 games.  Next week will tell if we have a staff that can change things up and try some new processes and strategies that no one is able to see on film from the games to date.

How about some variety and adjustments in the playcalling?  How about not running into the pile and wasting plays?

Well he can’t be expected to know how to win. So if the players don’t, we’re screwed.

Maybe he needs to call up TJ Wiest and get a clinic in running an offense that works here.
