I would agree the odds of making it past round 2 would be very difficult, but that it why they play the games.

I can't wait to see how the country could get behind the first G5 team to win the first 2 playoff rounds.

An even taller order considering that the first round will almost assuredly be a hostile road game and the extra games will place a greater emphasis on positional depth, one area that the G5s always trail behind the big boys. I do agree that all casual fans and fans without a rooting interest will be pulling for the underdog.

Remember recruiting rankings are basically biased. I never put too much stock into them. USF will win on location alone…

Two things...First, there may be some truth to the Alabama or Georgia player bump in recruiting, but no kid is getting an increase in their rating by picking ucf.  Second, that's why the composite ranking of players was put in place.  It averages the player rating across all the recruiting services.  Nonetheless, that wasn't the point I was making to Bull94.
