he replied with how much effort he’s spent getting to know everyone. He knows every player, coach, and employee in the building’s name and where they’re from. Think he mentioned he’s pushing all the players to do the same too

He definitely seems to be grinding on the  recruiting trail and putting in more work then Mr. Scott or Mr. Strong did.

He essentially knows what it takes to be a great manager and leader in these modern times. Players have more power than ever before. Referring to a play as #55 just isn't going to fly in this new era. I have not yet seen Golesh make a single misstep since he arrived on campus. Lets hope it all translates to the field this season.

His gum almost fell out of his mouth yesterday.  That's the only misstep or near misstep I've seen.  I know he would have picked it up off the podium or the floor and commenced chewing again -  and that would have made everything alright in my books.
