I'm proud to say I also did not click.  Oracle has had cringe takes going way back.

I still remember the bit they ran about playing Pitt for Homecoming in '06 and how we should have been playing somebody beatable for Homecoming ...

This one gets added to my "stories I didn't bother to read" file. That file is filling up lately.

Same here.

I remember when The Orifice was good reading, but that was some time ago.

I used to read it between my classes in the business bunker and my classes in the CIS building. Connect the dots.

These were my buildings as well.  I would be puzzled by the Oracle while attempting to eat "food" from that subway in Cooper hall or wherever it was.

The best thing about the Oracle while I was there were Tampa Bay Brewing Company coupons, for $5 you got a pint of beer, a pint glass to keep, and an order of chicken wings. All adult memories- like getting married and the birth of my child all pale in comparison to my memory of those coupons.

How did that compare to the Leavitt era or consistently  beating top 25 teams, upsetting team blue blood programs,  and actually getting called up to a power conference ? Either way with the Putin's tax aka Biden inflatation that is a hell of a deal for $5.

That is starting to feel less real with each passing day
