Think you missed the point. I don’t believe anyone was trying to force a rivalry with those schools. I did not think those schools were going to be rivals when USF started football. It just kind of happened naturally. USF already has some history with FAU. They almost gave USF their first loss during that run to #2 in the BCS standings. They went to the final four last season. USF has plenty to be envious of FAU right now 

I don't ever remember those schools being our "rivals"

I think ECU, Memphis, SMU will continue to be good games and not full on rivalries but as close as got right now. 

Temple I just hate not even in a good way. 

Tulane is hard to root against and newer to us but New Orleans is very similar to Tampa and thay could develop into something more 

The top of this conference will be fun. The bottom makes me want to vomit. But I'm embracing it.

Yes - don’t know for how long they have had teams, but they both used to play at Legion Field in LW. I knew Webber had their own field, but apparently Warner just got a new field last year.

Florida Tech folded so lot of moving parts, not sure how long any of these teams will last, including us😀jk I think

I guess we needed an in-conference rival and this kind of makes sense. Let’s go undefeated in this rivalry.

Rivalries develop over time. Who knows if we play them enough it may develop. As of now they are just a Florida team on our schedule. Right now as a fan I just want us to win this conference on a consistent basis. Until that happens those saying well it sucks and the bottom is bad, well we ARE the bottom. So I want to win them all.

UTSA was a very good add as well.  FAU is a ??
