My understanding is that President Law is a land-use attorney, so this could get interesting…

Hopefully they don't slap in Live/Work/Play eastern bloc apartments like we have in ATL.  The "hip" Korean BBQ and cocktails in mason jars aren't worth the loss in aesthetics.

. The official facility page for the Arizona State University Sun Devils

Also similar in that ASU sold their on campus course for development and Papago is a municipal course.

Now if it was real Korean fried chicken then I am all in for it. It would be cool to have open parking lot to tail gate and hangout before the games. We could also put something similar to Armature Works or Sparkman Wharf there to have a nice pregame and post game activities. I find this timing and subject interesting because Vinnik just sold Sparkman wharf and his development company that he built up near Amalie. Hopefully this means he is transitioning to the OCS and surrounding areas.

That is a bummer.  I have enjoyed playing on that course.  At least I have a lot of good memories.

They should make a giant Biergarten there. The biggest ever, and just call it a day.
