How USF lost (and UCF won) the conference realignment War on I-4

15 years ago, USF was lightyears ahead of UCF. So why are the Knights, not Bulls, headed to the Big 12?

I don't care. I know what happened in realignment (true USF fans lived every moment of it on this thread and others), I don't need the Times to rehash it for me. 

I also know that realignment isn't over.

That one hurt to read. Can't say any of it is off-base though, unfortunately.  Should be used as bulletin board material for every athletics administrator and football coach in the building as a reminder that you are never too far from the top or bottom if everyone is / isn't on the same page.

Nothing that we didn’t know as Bulls fans. I wonder if they wrote an article back when USF got into Big East on how we left ucf behind?

Anyways as we all well know nothing stays the same. I believe that for the first time in USF history we have BOT, President, AD and Coach all on same page and finally headed in the right direction.

If we get back to winning and build OCS, USF will be just fine and we will move up. Wonder if the Times will write a story about that then?

As I know from my years in in the newspaper biz (back when there were such things), and as anyone on this board should also know, it's a lot easier to write half-assed opinions than to do actual research and reporting.
