I’ll blame you if it’s not ….. **** the no jinx stuff. Something stronger  is needed there.

I don't believe in jinx though, so it is not possible to feel guilt.

Attitudes would be a lot different if the team was 9-3 overall right now. We were just 3 or 4 possessions from that being the reality.

I'm Debbie Downer, but it wouldn't have made a difference.  We should have won those games.  Not ******* them up wouldn't have really showed progress as much as winning what we should.

I’ll be honest, the first time I’ve had any real optimism was after that Hofstra game. Hofstra is decent and played well that night, but we were able to pull that one out. Charleston, Dartmouth, blech - but Hofstra looked more like an AAC team.

I'll have to miss the live version of tonight's contest as I have some hazy little things to take care of....I'll be watching it on replay.

Bulls should look their best thus far.

As long as USF mens hoops are finally starting to get into everyone’s Christmas and holiday conversations I am happy.

I did. That's why there's no way in hell we should lose this game ........... unless someone pisses off the hoops gods.

I have banished the hoops gods.  We shall win.  It may not be decisively, but a victory it shall be.

Was the shift to just save some energy for the offense? Felt like the games are way higher scoring in this stretch

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."

    Terry Lucas, 09/26/22

"For me, I never considered it that way (as a stepping stone), honestly. When I was offered the head job at South Florida, and I'm sincere about this, I never thought I would ever go anywhere."

    Jim Leavitt
