WBB @ NC State tomorrow

Women will have a shot at a Top 10 (or real close) team tomorrow afternoon. A group of us from the coach's club will be going up with the team today, have meals, go to practice, etc.  Had a chance to do it one other time just before Covid shut down sports. A fun experience. Would be nice to get a big upset and get ranked next week. These players deserve it.

Really impressed with what women's basketball team has accomplished over the last 5 years. They have been really consistent.  There is no reason why the football team and the men's basketball team can't do the same.

As much as everyone touts this team I would think they would at least be ranked?  Either way, it would be nice following a team that wins a more than they lose, or in the case of FB, wins a game on occasion.

They dropped back to back games when they were on the cusp of the top 25. Best NC State and they should jump into the top 25, maybe even 20. They can really go on a run from here on out. Hopefully we get some contributions from the bench tomorrow.

Texas was in Top 25 when we beat them but they had already dropped 3 games, tough games.

Yes and we're now receiving more votes than at any point since the rankings began for this season. We're right there and a win vs NC State will most definitely bring us into the club. A big loss and it's going to take a lengthy, consistent run vs lesser opponents to be back to where we are now.
