He's not gonna move up just to take some struggling P5 job in an area of the country he's not familiar with. He'd take one in Florida that would pretty much be a trial run for FSU and let him come back to the area he grew up.

I think he either stays at JSU or comes to USF.

Unfortunately too many people have.  He's no going to do the same at USF.  He has no interest.  JSU was a challenge and an honorable deed, making an HBCU relevant.  USF will be strictly about Deion, his bank account and next job.
