Can they not register as a 501 C3? Not in their business model. And the last I heard, their expenses were 16% of revenue.

Of course maybe each player washed the guys car for him one day... but I doubt it. SMU has been paying their players since the eric dickerson days.....wasn't their job to make sure the sprinklers turned on at night? they were on auto timers.

Matt Grothe and Andrew Ketchel, both former players are involved. I might ask mattgtothe to join us for a conversation. Because 95% sounds ideal but if they paid out that much out of what they’ve collected so far the payments for a few twitter encounters would probably e mean thousands of dollars per player for a Twitter space. 1 minute ago, Bull94 said: so 84c of every dollar goes straight to the players? Sure there is more to it than that, not sure if others are non-profit. They work as a for profit, but without profits LOL. Seems their fees are minimal. One of the reasons it took longer than anticipated last summer was this "Bulls Market Exchange" was not up and running. Now it will be much easier to connect with players for business opportunities. Also, another thing I learned in the summer was that they had to report the NIL sponsorship in INFLCR. This now does it for them. Same for anything they receive from Fowler Avenue or an independent business, they will report it here. This is where you'll really see the power of NIL for USF Student-Athletes. Fowler Avenue should be the largest source in those totals.

It’s 100% ours now. Which now makes fees very minimal, which is why I spoke out on the 95%+ number 1 2
