SO ASU takes their football more serious than USF.

That’s not at all what that says actually it says that when the heat is put upon the Athletic Director they tend often to fire coaches, but not before.

ASU also had at least three former NFL head coaches on staff And couldn’t figure out how to win consistently. So that’s a good lesson too.  You just don’t know.  It’s not that easy to just fire and hire. There are more and more variables in college football every year now it seems.

I don’t follow them that closely but I just know that they’ve lost a lot of games that they were supposed to win. And I would say probably closer to the latter.

FAir enough.

Scary thing is Kelly would have to make another hire...don't exactly have alot of confidence in that.

But if this continues a change has to be made.

Kelly has said publicly he’s a patient man so I don’t anticipate him saying anything until the end of the year even if we don’t win another game.  Scott is his chosen one.  He hired him and extended him.

My guess what will happen is Scott will cobble together a couple of more wins this year and Kelly will feel progress is being made and he’ll get next year as a make or break year.

Good take. I know I’m asking a lot but I’m hoping we get 6 wins or better this season. Matter of fact. I will keep repeating it as much as I can

Edwards was closer to frost than Scott. His biggest loss was by 18 with most losses being by single digits

It must be nice to cheer for a team with that kind of success I think if we give CJS a few more years he can get there
