So according to espn Clyde Pinder played in the game and had 1 tackle.

There was someone wearing 99 in the game, I am guessing someone else switched to that number after he didn't make it in and roster hasn't been updated yet.

My guess is Darrien Grant. They were both listed as 99 earlier. Grant wore 45 in the final scrimmage but assume he went to 99 when Pinder left.
