Maybe we're gonna put those digital LED billboard up on the IPF roof. So when planes fly over they can see Bulls and Lightning ads.

Being announced at 11, seems possible its related. 

On the surface seems very similar to this gift last year to the school of business https://www.usf.edu/news/2022/usf-receives-10-million-to-establish-center-focused-on-talent-pipeline-for-tampa-bay.aspx
