I can't see the point in portal jumping now. He can't play anywhere else this year. This is a problem with today's youth. It seems like a kneejerk emotional reaction. It would look much better for him

You know, The coaches are going to look mote than just this scrimmage when making this decision. There are practices to consider, playbook knowledge, etc.

Based on the limited information we’ve been given. There is one aspect that stands out. It’s the GRIT score. Not taking into consideration previous achievement or lack of. The fact that leadership and conditioning are included matters. We will need a Qb who can still continue to push and lead through the ****. Just my thought.

I personally think the grit score is a bunch of crapola used to justify starting him in the first place which is fine by me because he gives us the best chance to win.
