Think the extra guy up front is worth it. Especially if Grier can play that STAR position as the DB/Safety in the flat.

Heard he was the undisputed leader on Baylor last year and this spring, great to hear he's bringing those qualities with him. Also great to hear that Timmy is embracing the competition.

Ok, I'm going to say it..... Timmy looks like a kid compared to Gerry in size. Timmy is a very gifted athlete, and I hope they can both get in the field together. Gerry looks and acts like a guy who took a 2 win team to a 10 win team

I guess I'm confused. All this talk about his undisputed leadership at Baylor and yet he is at USF???  Maybe Baylor has Aaron Rodgers part II that caused him to get replaced.

the majority of that being the conference championship game against a top 10 defense nationally helps too.

without that lighting it up in spring practice might be brushed off

Timmy seems so shy. He definitely needs time to mature.

OSU was a top 10 defense but ranked 36 in passing defense. His other damage was done against #44 KSU and #119 TTU, who had a worse passing defense than us ...... GB doesn't get injured, great odds that he's still at Baylor. In his only 2 "appearances" after coming back, he did not fare well and Aranda rolled the dice and went with the younger player. If Gerry gets back to his regular season form of last year, we got a steal ....
