He has the physical tools. As he gets more experience, he will gain more confidence. I feel Timmy will actually benefit the most from Gerry just by seeing how he operates on and off the field. The Baylor coaches really liked Gerry and still speak highly of him.

Think the extra guy up front is worth it. Especially if Grier can play that STAR position as the DB/Safety in the flat.

The 4-2-5 is the Tom Allen "land shark" defense... and works really well against the RPO offenses we see in college these days.  In truly running situations I would expect a 4-3-4 and against Navy (next year? year after) it might be a 4-4-3.
