Are you forgetting about all of the other expenses that will be added to the overall budget? Manitenance and operation of the facility, will likely be outsourced to Vinik Sports Group (like the Yuengling Center), which gets 35% of the naming rights in exchange. Plus loan payments would be a big hit to the budget.

Also, I would expect that parking would be free across campus, with maybe a few hundred spaces closest to the stadium for donors and season ticket holders, which would cover the costs of parking attendance and parking security. If we can land MLS team in the region, it will be the Rowdies and they will likely still play in St Pete... the USFL's Bandits? That might be an option since it doesn't really overlap with USF's needs... assuming it still exists in the spring of 2027. --- There are good reasons for building the OCS and why I am financially supporting it as much as I can ... but money is absolutely, positively not the reason. "Acceptable" to whom? It's an easy bet if you get to decide whether or not to eat your hat.

Seatbacks, armrests, stadium that does feel like it is collapsing like Mickey Mouse's stadium. Parking/taigating ease like Ray Jay.
