USF-Continues-Downward-Skid-in-42-13-Los

As the conference realignment begins to settle, USF and Jeff Scott are looking to rise atop the AAC as a group-of-five powerhouse once more.

Looks like this site scouts players as NFL prospects and likes what USF is doing. Pinder, Bags, Thornton, and Shular are better NFL prospects than anyone currently on the roster according to this.

Good read!  Surprised to see them not that high on McClain.

Timmy had a good year, for a freshman. If this teams going to make a leap he'll need to have more situational awareness and not miss as many deep throws

Great read.  Timmy will need to make a lot of progress to become a legitimate QB 1.  However, I remember hating on QF until he was half way through his junior, so what do I know.

I do feel like Gunnar Smith will get some playing time next season, and might win the  QB battle come his Junior year. That’s only if Timmy doesn’t improve.

So Timmy is the weak link on offense? Most of the o-line, with all that experience coming back is a good thing? The 3-4 defense is a good thing? I must have missed something.

The defense was not good, 😂. I think Timmy had more weak moments than he should have, but was the best option and was able to extend plays with his legs. The o-line was questionable in some games, and when we had to rely on passing to get us back in is when everything came apart.

We were fine if we were able to run the ball well and burn clock.

I enjoyed every game this season, we looked more competitive than last year. We just need everything to come together now.

Said every football coach at every level. A lot of Timmy's weak moments were due to the o-line play.

Yeah our sacks allowed numbers would have been atrocious with a less mobile QB. But there were a lot of open receivers that he would just miss that hurt the offense
